No More Birds Terms and Conditions
1. Contract
All No More Birds orders are accepted on the terms and conditions contained herein unless these terms are varied in writing by an authorised officer of No More Birds.
2. Application of Products
No More Birds can accept no responsibility for the incorrect application of products and any damage this may cause as a result, unless the installation was carried out by No More Birds. If damage arises as a result of a No More Birds Installation, a full report of the damage must be submitted in writing within 5 days of the damage occurring. A full inspection will be carried out by No More Birds and an agreed course of action will be discussed.
3. Guarantees and Liability
No More Birds can under no circumstances guarantee the effectiveness of any product sold, unless it has been installed by an approved No More Birds Technician.
Under no circumstances can No More Birds accept liability for any losses incurred as a result of incorrect installation or failure of the product to produce the desired effect.
No More Birds staff will be happy to advise products for certain situations but will accept no responsibility unless a site visit has been carried out by a No More Birds Representative prior to the purchase of goods.
All products come with a manufacturers guarantee of 6 months unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
4. Orders
The contract to supply is between No More Birds a division of Murrell Trading International Ltd.
and the private individual or Company placing the order. No More Birds reserves the right to refuse to accept the purchaser's order. No order is valid until confirmation has been sent to the purchaser.
5. Payment Terms
No No More Birds goods will be sent out until payment has been received credit/debit card details must be authorised or cheques cleared.
6. Prices
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and carriage, where this is applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, this will not affect orders placed before changes are implemented.
Any discount codes cannot be used with any Scarecrow products or in conjunction with any other offers. Online discounts are applicable for orders that are placed and paid for online with a card. Telephone orders or orders that require a pro forma invoice are excluded from these offers.
7. Re-Presented Cheques
A 15.00 charge will be made each time a cheque has to be re-presented.
8. Carriage - UK Mainland
Orders of 150.00 ex. VAT or more will be delivered to one UK Mainland address free of charge.
For orders worth less than 150.00 ex. VAT, carriage will be charged at the rate published for the service requested to one UK Mainland delivery address.
We aim to despatch all orders placed before 15.00 hours the same day. Next day delivery is next working day (Monday-Friday). Deliveries can be made at the weekend for an additional charge.
Any discrepancies with goods delivered must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. No replacement goods will be issued outside of this time frame.
Any damage caused by couriers must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery and to No More Birds within 24 hours.
Any orders not received must be reported to No More Birds within a 14 day period. Outside of this time, No More Birds cannot accept any responsibility for lack of delivery.
Returns will be accepted if a returns number is requested within 14 days of receipt of goods. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged for any return. All goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging where applicable.
9. Special Deliveries (includes timed deliveries and weekend deliveries)
Please call our customer service team to arrange special deliveries. All special deliveries will incur carriage charges regardless of value.
10. Carriage Charges - Overseas
Orders overseas please contact our No More Birds Customer Service Team.
11. Delivery Address
Deliveries can only be made to a full postal address, which has a complete Postal Code. Where an order must be signed for, if no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, then a delivery card will be left stating that a delivery was attempted and another attempt will be made the following day. A delivery will be attempted no more than three times, after which the goods will be returned to the warehouse and a further delivery charge will be payable.
12. Failure To Deliver Or Failure To Deliver On Time
No More Birds can accept no responsibility whatsoever for circumstances arising from the failure of the carrier to deliver goods or to deliver by an agreed time. Where it can be proved that the carrier was at fault, the only compensation that can be paid will be the costs of the carriage.
13. Newsletter and Special Offers
On confirmation of your order you will automatically be a subscriber to our monthly newsletter and any promotions that we may be running. This will be sent in accordance with legislation to the supplied email address. Should you wish to be removed from this list please email enquiries@murrelltrading.co.uk with unsubscribe in the subject. No More Birds can assure you that your details will only be used by Murrell Trading International and will not be passed onto any third parties.
14. Price Match Guarantee
No More Birds aim to provide the most competitive prices on the market. Should you find a price cheaper somewhere else please let us know and we will match the price and beat it where possible. This excludes products available on Amazon and eBay. Proof of the cheaper price will be required at the time of ordering.
